Blue Mountain Golf & Country Club requires all guests to complete the Waiver & Cart Agreement. This Waiver will need to be completed once each year in order to meet the requirements of our insurer. If you have completed it this year, please indicate this to the Pro Shop when you check in for your tee time. Click on the button below to sign the Waiver. |
