We are pleased to announce that for the 2022 golf season we will have new caterers.

Let us introduce you to Peter Clark and Kaleigh Sutherland

For over 28 years combined, Peter and Kaleigh have been working in the restaurant industry where they began their journey as line cook and host, working their way up to head chef and bar manager. Originally from London Ontario.

Peter moved to Toronto to go to culinary school at George Brown College and began working at one of Canada’s most successful restaurant groups, Joey Restaurants. In 2018, Peter took over as Executive Chef at Convenience RestoBar on Queen West in Toronto where he finally got a chance to write his own menu and run his own kitchen.

In 2019 Peter and Kaleigh were introduced through a mutual friend and they bonded over their restaurant experience and both have a love for travelling and getting inspired by new cuisines from around the world.

Both Peter and Kaleigh grew up golfing and continue to play in their free time. In 2020 Kaleigh and Peter moved to The Blue Mountains to work at Firehall Pizza in Blue Mountain Village. Working alongside each other with Peter as the Head Chef and Kaleigh bartending and serving, it was clear to them that they were a great team. They are now taking the opportunity to grow together and start their own catering company. They also adopted a 2 year old hound mix in March 2021 who quickly became their fur baby. They are both very excited to become part of the Blue Mountain Golf Club family offering friendly service and delicious food!

Peter and Kaleigh will be forwarding a Food and Beverage Survey to the membership in the near future. Response from the survey will play an important role in this year's menu development. They look forward to your input!
